Announcement about the steps first-year students must follow to complete their registration
Information for first-year students registrations in the platform of the Ministry of Education and Religion
We inform you that according to a Press Release of the Ministry of Education, the registrations of successful nationwide examinations (including the special category “Greek Citizens of the Muslim minority of Thrace”) and the special category of people suffering from serious illnesses (5%), academic year 2022-23, take place from 1 to 9 September 2022 in the “Electronic Registration 2022” Information System of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs. A central announcement has been posted on the website of the Department of Studies of AUTH, to which you can refer for your convenience.
We point out that:
a. the successful applicants of the special category “Greek Citizens of the Muslim minority of Thrace” are obliged, within the same deadline, to submit – in person, or with a person legally authorized by them or by courier and proof of receipt, at the secretariat of the Admissions Department, the relevant certificate that they are registered in the municipal registers of the Prefectures of Xanthi, Rodopi or Evros. If they have been transferred to another Municipality of another region, then they must send or submit in person a certificate from the specific Municipality, from which it can be seen that they were transferred to it, from a Municipality of the above Prefectures.
b. the successful applicants of the special category of persons suffering from serious illnesses are obliged, within the same deadline, to submit – in person, or with a person legally authorized by them or by courier and receipt, to the secretariat of their Admission Department, the supporting documents mentioned in our announcement here
c. in the same deadline, and if such a case arises, they are registered directly in Department I) the adopted children of the Hellenic Parliament, in accordance with paragraph 29a, article 39 of N4168 (Government Gazette 193/2013) II) those distinguished in scientific Olympiads, in accordance with article 40 of N4692 (Government Gazette 111A/12.6.20), as replaced by article 9 of N4777 (Government Gazette 25A/17.2.2021), paragraph e.
